PoseidonMarine® trim ram seal kit for Volvo Penta sterndrives:

This PoseidonMarine® trim ram seal kit includes a dust seal, a pressure seal, a piston seal (bidirectional ring), and all the required O-rings. This seal kit will reseal the following Volvo Penta trimming cylinders:

• 3852414
• 3850683 
• 3885196 
• 3857470
• 3857471

Each kit is enough to reseal one hydraulic cylinder. This PoseidonMarine® part is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years (2 years).

Seal kit content:

1. Trim cylinder dust/scraper seal.
2. Hydraulic seal and the "original" O-ring style seal—choose one of them.
3. Cap backup O-ring.
4. PU integrated piston seal replaces the split rings.
5. Trim line O-rings. 
6. O-ring between the bolt and the piston.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Revisions:

• The obsolete split rings and O-ring application have been replaced by a redesigned integrated composite ring.
• The sealing O-ring inside the channel has been replaced by a proper hydraulic seal.
